QUALITY MAPLE SYRUP AT IT'S BEST, JUST FOR YOU!
With approximately 1000 seasonal sanitary taps and the understanding that quality begins in the sugar bush and ends in the sugar house, lines and taps were installed to keep sap cool in the sugar bush and tanks. Upon exiting the tank the sap flows into the wood-fired 2x8 cross flow evaporator for processing.
